Katie and brad's maui elopement

Rainy Hawaii elopement where life-long promises were made

katie & brad
maui, hawaii

Brad and Katie have known each other since high school, so it felt incredibly special to have just their nearest and dearest with them in Hawaii to see them tie the knot. Katie's grandmother, who had always dreamed of visiting Maui, sadly passed away before she could do so. In a heartfelt tribute to her memory, Katie and Brad decided to hold their wedding in Maui. During the ceremony, Katie's mother shared a touching note her grandmother had written about Katie's future marriage, penned before her passing. Then, they sprinked her ashes during the ceremony. It was an incredibly moving and deeply personal experience. Despite the rain (or maybe because of it?), the day was pure magic. Right after they said 'I do,' they shared toasts with everyone by the ocean. The celebration continued with dinner at The Plantation House, where everyone celebrated Maui's newest newlyweds.!
